I spent 20 years in banking and finance in London working with clients that are household names across the world.
I know first hand what life has become for many and the stresses that come with it. When things no longer felt right, I made the personal choice to leave London and move with my family to a remote village in the forests of Northern Sweden. Re-integrating ourselves into and rebasing our lives on Nature has been transformative for the better.
I now run Wim Hof Method and Nature-inspired workshops, weekends and retreats in the healing forests of Sweden designed on the basis of "we all can't live in Nature, but we can all live more naturally". During these transformative experiences I share accessible and empowering skills people can use to live a better and more natural life. Never more than before do we need the power of Nature in our lives and the Wim Hof Method is an excellent tool to open the door to a world of almost infinite potential...
As a personal passion, I am also an actionist fighting against greenwashing and the corruption in the Green Transition. This has taken me on an exciting journey of discovery that has rewritten my understanding of human history and potential, which I apply in both my personal and professional lives which have merged into one.
