What is COP29?
COP29 is the abbreviation for the 29th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
It's an annual global meeting where countries come together to discuss and agree on actions to address climate change. COP29 will be held in Baku, Azerbaijan, in November 2024.
