Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs) are a global crisis, worsened by rising temperatures and nutrient pollution.

Globally, HABs impact over 60 million freshwater bodies and 30K square kilometers of ocean, cutting off community access to water sources, creating dead aquatic zones, diminishing biodiversity and disrupting the carbon cycle.
