This interactive workshop will engage participants in designing community-based strategies for protecting coastal regions in the Caribbean, which are disproportionately affected by rising sea levels and climate change.
The session will be led by members of the Caribbean Climate Justice Leaders Academy (CCJLA), who will present case studies of innovative coastal resilience projects they’ve led in their own communities. Participants will leave with actionable ideas and frameworks for developing similar projects in their own regions, fostering a network of young coastal leaders.
