With over eight years of work experience in strategy, innovation, and business development, I am passionate about creating positive social and environmental impact through technology and entrepreneurship.
As a seasoned professional with a background as a co-founder of GainForest, a blockchain-based platform that incentivizes nature conservation, I have developed the vision and commercial strategy for this innovative solution raising over USD 400k in pre-seed funds with trusted partners. As a senior advisor to Zalando, Europe's leading online fashion platform, I am responsible for driving strategic initiatives, fostering circular innovation, and exploring new business opportunities across the organization. I have a strong background in asset management, sustainable retail, and e-commerce, having worked with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, one of the world's largest commercial real estate companies, where I set up the initial sustainability strategy and managed a portfolio of retail destinations in Germany and France.
I have also gained valuable international experience and perspectives through my personal background, academic studies and fellowships in the United States, China, and Latin America.
