Self-Care is Climate Care: Supporting Ourselves to Advocate Better

This workshop style session will make space for advocates, organisers, activists and community groups to share their experiences, struggles and shared solidaity in the climate movement. By sharing these experiences, delegates will have the opportunity to reflect, share and care for one another, while embracing their vulnerabilties in the journeys towards change. Through intergenerational, gender diverse dialogue, the delegates will benefit from the wealth of knowledge, lived experiences and referrals that can better support them to navigate their wellness journeys while doing the important afvocacy, restoration and community works.
